The first of our series of workbooks, Ksav Rashi has become a phenomenal success since it was first published in 1981. It is used in Hebrew Day Schools and Yeshivas across the country and abroad, by thousands of children and even adults. This workbook enables a student to develop a familiarity with Rashi script and its relationship with the regular Hebrew alphabet and to develop a reading fluency of common words and abbreviations found in Rashi text. The book is divided into three parts. Included are, reading exercises, writing tasks, visual memory exercises, letter discrimination, and sight recognition. This workbook has proven to be a classic in teaching the Rashi alphabet and in developing fluency and comprehension in the text.
